Comfortable twin room with a nice view of the garden overlooking the paddocks. 🌿 They provided a tray with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a peaceful and picturesque location.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our choice. the room was airy with a nice power shower. - the breakfast was marvelous. - the hotel was in a lovely and exceptionally nice location, in surrounding villages.

Nice comfy base for exploring Newmarket. Everything there was well-maintained. Brilliant meals. Contemporary room with a contemporary decor and a clean bathroom. Amicable, lovely staff towards all guests. Perfect position in a beautiful setting, in the lovely area. the accommodation was a comfortable and convenient place to explore Newmarket. the facilities were well-maintained, and the meals served were terrific. the room was modern, with a clean bathroom, making my stay very relaxing. the staff were friendly and welcoming to all guests, which added to the positive atmosphere of the place. the location of the barn was in a stunning area, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful retreat.

Recently redecorated and bright rooms overlooking charming garden and paddocks. Rooms come equipped with a fan, and they offer some great tea selections. Can't find anything to fuss about here. the staff is super helpful and always quick to assist. 🌿

My recent stay in a charming B&B was an absolute delight. the location felt both peaceful and convenient; an ideal combination. the hosts' warm welcome and accommodating nature helped to make our stay even better. the room was spotlessly clean and equipped with refreshing tea and coffee facilities. the breakfasts were mouth-watering with choices to cater for every taste, and the lovely views added to our dining experience. the bathroom was spacious and had every necessary amenity.
I do wish the shower had a grab handle for extra safety.

We stayed at this place recently and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, peaceful yet still accessible to everything we needed. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with lots of unexpected extras. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cooked options and fresh fruit or cereals. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again.

We didn't feel like leaving and would love to go back. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Stayed here during our weekend, it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The location was picturesque for a restaurant and pub. The property was set in a pretty quiet area.
